Brain Imaging

Solutions Labs scientists are currently discussing collaboration with a leading cancer treatment center to develop visualization and data fusion algorithms and software needed to use the immersive virtual reality environment of VR Delta to plan radiation therapy.

Systems Biology

We have plans underway to expand Solutions Labs' presence in the emerging field of systems biology by drawing from our expertise in machine learning, statistics, and data fusion. Moreover, we will establish a research group in the mathematical modeling of signal transduction pathways with applications to the identification of drug targets and disease mechanisms.

Dynamics of Large Molecules

Further applications of the Solutions Labs parallel N-Body simulations codes are being evaluated. The highly modular structure of the software allows adaptation of any kind of interaction potential. Applications to pharmaceutical interests are being explored.
